    I just told Chuck today I think I’ve figured out my breakfast! I’m doing a shake to start my day (along with a piece of fruit) It’s loaded with all kinds of good-for-you stuff and I, yes EVEN I-a very VERY picky eater, like it!! In bullet (or blender) fill halfway up with fresh baby spinach. Put a couple pieces of fresh parsley in, and then a banana (I cut my bananas up and freeze them, so it’s cold and yummy-plus it’s a great use of bananas too ripe for eating) Pour orange juice in-up to the top (bout a cup in my bullet) Make sure it’s pure, no sugar! Blend well and enjoy!! It’s pretty tasty, you don’t even taste the ‘green stuff’ and also pretty filling!!
