This Thursday is the 3rd annual Ice Cream Shop Hop in honor of my birthday! We skip dinner and hop to different ice cream parlors to enjoy a small portion of their delicious creations. We start at a gas station that serves yummy, flavored soft serve. Then we’ll hit other local favorites like Beechers (for soft serve yogurt), Betty Jane’s, AJ’s, Cold Stone Creamery. And finally we end at Happy Joe’s. By then, though, we get pizza!
Ice cream is my vice. I would gladly give up nightly portions of protein for this calcium-rich option. However, I am picky with my ice cream. For example:
* no chunks. The smoother, the better
* fruit flavored, definately not coffee flavored
* in a dish, not a cone
