Statistics show that the more you exercise the better you will eat. Why would you eat junk food after you invested your time and sweat working out?

So, below is a work-out routine that will get you off of the couch and running/walking a 5K (3.2 miles) in 9 weeks! It really works. I’ll be following the schedule again this spring! Click on the image to enlarge the schedule.
